C&S/GMD Warehouse Members Ratify a 5 Year Deal

Local 150 has secured another unprecedented contract for its
members. Business agent Doug Secord has negotiated and ratified one
of the best contracts ever for C&S (GMD Warehouse Sacramento).
Doug was able to secure an increase in wages of $5.25 in 5 years with
$2.25 the first year, an increase of $1.00 in pension over the term of
the contract and a 3% decrease in medical costs for members. A $.50
incentive was also negotiated for attendance/production standards on
a weekly basis for every hour worked. A special thanks to Steward John
Sullivan for working through negotiations and helping Doug make sure
that the members were taking care of. This contract will keep our
members at C&S in the game.
