The Teamsters working at the Teichert Scale House ratified a 5 year contract starting August 1, 2021. This contract includes a better medical plan, improved language changes and some of the biggest wage increases in its history for the members. Business Agent Doug Secord was the principal spokesperson for the negotiations and was one step ahead at all times. The rank-and-file members stayed together through the entire process and becuase of that they earned a great contract. Congratulations to the members at the Teichert Scale House.
