The Northern California Teamsters Apprentice Training and Education Trust Fund (NCTAT), a collaborative labor-management initiative, assists new and incumbent Teamsters to develop job and safety skills with quality vocational and safety training. NCTAT helps graduates develop essential life skills, well paying job opportunities in the construction driving industry and values on which to build a successful life.
